When Grant saw how confusing, overwhelming, and unfair the scholarship process felt for most families, he decided to find a better way. He studied the system from the inside out and discovered meaningful, repeatable strategies that actually win.
In college, Grant earned a $300,000 full-ride engineering scholarship to TCU—an award offered to less than 1% of applicants—and later won 83% (5/6) of the scholarships he applied for in his final semester. He also received more than $10,000 in excess scholarship funds for educational expenses at TCU and UTA.
Graduating Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Advertising, Grant built Avatar Education from his scholarship applications that already won money and repurposed them into easy-to-use step-by-step playbooks.

This is important because even if you have partial scholarships during college, the cost can add up over 4 years. Many scholarships on this list can be used for "educational expenses" even beyond tuition.
It conveys the distribution and timing of scholarship deadlines and their funding throughout the year for various educational stages. It allows users to see:
1. Which grade levels are eligible for scholarships each month.
2. The specific award amounts available per month for each grade level.
Key Note: Each scholarship amount listed in this spreadsheet represents the first-place award per application, such as a $250,000 prize. However, many scholarships are part of a larger prize pool (e.g., $3,000,000) distributed across multiple awards, such as 350 scholarships of varying amounts.
This spreadsheet only includes the first-place awards and does not account for additional awards like runner-up prizes. As a result, your chances of winning a scholarship may be higher due to the larger number of awards available in these prize pools.
Additional Note: The scholarship award totals listed do not include multi-location awards. For example, a Rotary Club scholarship of $2,000 may be offered by many of the 45,000 Rotary Clubs worldwide, each potentially administering its own scholarships. This significantly increases the number of available awards beyond what is shown in the spreadsheet.
